Return and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, there are no Return and/or Refunds offered on the psychological services that are provided.  This is applicable to psychosocial evaluations, therapy sessions, or consultation services.  Once the service has been provided, payment is due.   Immigration evaluation reports will be provided for review by the client and in the event that there might be a clerical error then changes may be made at the discretion of Dr. Zadroga.  Some people may wish not to continue with services and if that is the case then the client will be billed only for the time spent on the services.
