Dr. Zadroga offers several in-person and virtual immigration evaluation services. Each evaluation varies in the number of hours needed to complete the report based on the complexity of the case, the number of instruments used for psychological testing, and the amount of time spent collaborating with other professionals. These evaluations range between $900 - $1500. Fees for an immigration evaluation will be discussed in detail during your first appointment with Dr. Zadroga. Below is a list of the evaluations offered by Oregon Psych Services LLC.
Family/Couples psychotherapy sessions: $185 per 50 min session
Individual psychotherapy sessions: $185 per 50 min session
Adolescent psychotherapy sessions: $185 per 50 min session
Children 12 and younger: offered as part of family sessions
Please contact me for more information regarding consultations for professionals. Supervision rates will be dependent on the number of years of experience the clinician has and the amount of education still needed to complete towards licensure.
All appointments are in-person appointments unless booking a virtual video visit.

All 1 hour initial therapy appointments require a $25 deposit. Once a client is established in ongoing therapy then all bookings will happen through the client portal.
